Should implants be over or under the muscle if during sexual activity your partner likes to squeeze and suck sometimes quote aggressively. Or does it matter of the placement?
Answer: Does Implant Placement Affect Sexual Activity? Implant placement (over or under the muscle) generally does not affect sexual activity, but it is important to avoid aggressive manipulation during the first few weeks post-surgery to prevent discomfort or complications. Placement mainly impacts the aesthetic and sensation of the breasts. I recommend consulting with a certified plastic surgeon for personalized advice on how to care for your breasts after surgery.

Answer: Breasts The question is what do you like for your partner to do? I personally am not into pain. With small breasts, implants do better behind the muscle for coverage and more support. If you have enough breast tissue to hide the implants and you do not need a lift, the implants work nicely in front of the muscle. Either way, the implants are behind the breasts.
