Should implants be over or under the muscle if during sexual activity your partner likes to squeeze and suck sometimes quote aggressively. Or does it matter of the placement?
Answer: It doesn’t matter Regardless of position, the implants will be fine. Be aware that oral treatment of the nipples can introduce bacteria into your breasts which can cause infection. Infection can cause implant problems such as capsular contracture. My recommendation is squeezing is ok, but back off on aggressive sucking of nipples.

Answer: Position not as important as activity. Whether your implant is placed above the muscle or below the muscle, the most important thing that needs to happen is for your scar capsule to form around the implant to maintain its position. While sucking on the breast should not be able to disrupt a well formed capsule, aggressive massaging and squeezing certainly has been reported to cause bleeding and/or malposition. Best wishes.

Answer: Sexual manipulation Either placement is fine for sexual manipulation once you have been cleared by your surgeon to resume activity. Be aware that you are healing from surgery and caution should be used during this time.
