Regardless of position, the implants will be fine. Be aware that oral treatment of the nipples can introduce bacteria into your breasts which can cause infection. Infection can cause implant problems such as capsular contracture. My recommendation is squeezing is ok, but back off on aggressive sucking of nipples.
Whether your implant is placed above the muscle or below the muscle, the most important thing that needs to happen is for your scar capsule to form around the implant to maintain its position. While sucking on the breast should not be able to disrupt a well formed capsule, aggressive massaging and squeezing certainly has been reported to cause bleeding and/or malposition. Best wishes.
Implant placement (over or under the muscle) generally does not affect sexual activity, but it is important to avoid aggressive manipulation during the first few weeks post-surgery to prevent discomfort or complications. Placement mainly impacts the aesthetic and sensation of the breasts.I recommend consulting with a certified plastic surgeon for personalized advice on how to care for your breasts after surgery.
Either placement is fine for sexual manipulation once you have been cleared by your surgeon to resume activity. Be aware that you are healing from surgery and caution should be used during this time.
The question is what do you like for your partner to do? I personally am not into pain. With small breasts, implants do better behind the muscle for coverage and more support. If you have enough breast tissue to hide the implants and you do not need a lift, the implants work nicely in front of the muscle. Either way, the implants are behind the breasts.
Hi, sexual activity , should not be a problem if you have implants, if they are placed over or under the muscle doesn't matter, just be cautious specially the first month, when edema and tenderness could make you feel uncomfortable and with pain. Avoid any aggressive maneuver, to prevent any injury. Hope this helps you.
Each plastic surgeon will have their own view on the appropriateness of implant placement above or below the muscle.I find most plastic surgeons who have extensive breast augmentation practices, generally prefer sub pectoral augmentation.I myself am in that camp. The biggest advantage to putting the implants above the pectoralis muscle is that it is a much easier procedure from a technical perspective. The second advantage to putting the implants above the Poralis muscle is that the implants Will not move when you contract the muscle. I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community to get a better assessment and better understanding of treatment options.Breast augmentation outcomes are usually based on three variables. These are the patients candidacy for surgery in the first place, implant selection, and the surgeons ability to put the implants in the correct anatomic location, regardless of tissue plane. Are your nipples located below your breast fold? It is difficult to determine this from your side photo but from the front, it appears that they may be. For this reason, a lift may be recommended.
Dear fairy200000, generally speaking, cystic breasts and fibroids are not contraindication for surgery. However, our anemia will probably need to be corrected. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you...
Thanks for your question! I suggest having an implant fitting with your surgeon again. Bring a tight shirt so you can see how the different implants look. Best wishes!
