I had full tummy tuck 2 yrs ago. and my Dr said he did lipo however Im not happy and don't see shape to my waist and now left with a bulge above scar. When I wear form fitting clothes indention shows. Will lipo help to have flat lower stomach? I did return before and after a year to ask my plastic surgeon he first suggested I loose weight.
