Thank you for submitting your photos. Your photo from a few years back that you shared shows that you have lost facial volume and skin tone so I recommend both be addressed.1. Surgical options: You can restore lost volume and lift loose skin thru a deep plane face lift. A vertical deep plane facelift repositions all the fallen structures. A mini facelift will not accomplish your goals. The only issue is that a deep plane facelift will exceed your budget.2. Non surgical options: If you have to choose between a deep plane facelift and fillers, as I do not think that a mini facelift would look natural I would recommend restoring lost volume with a biostimulant like Sculptra or hyperdillute Radiesse. Skin tightening with fractionated RF or Ultherapy. This will give you natural results and reverse the clock about 5 years. You can always elect to have surgery down the road.Good luck
A mini facelift primarily helps the jawline, so if that is your main concern, you will see a nice result. If your neck bothers you, a more advanced procedure would be needed. At the same time as the mini facelift, you could have fat transfer done to fill hollows in your cheeks and folds. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.
In person exam is essential. Based on posted photos- it appears that you would benefit from facelift/ neck lift with muscle tightening. Fillers alone will not tighten your skin. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS
You would benefit from a facelift which will include the neck, will improve the jawline and nasolabial folds. You may also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. A facelift can cost between $7,000-$10,000 and a lip lift costs $3,000.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Dear Kittypower70,Congratulations on re-entering the workforce. Your pictures show me regular aging changes for a 53- year-old. I don't know if you will find a mini face/neck lift in your budget, which would be your best and longest-lasting result, although fillers or fat transfer go hand-in-hand with that surgery.Fillers alone will give you some nice changes, but they are temporary and will eat away at your budget. You might be wise to raise your budget and get the surgery out of the way while you have many years to enjoy it. Please be cautious about the surgeon you choose; look at before and after photos, and talk to references. Best wishes to you!!
Most efficient procedure by means of facial rejuvenation in your case would be lower face and neck lift. Few others like Botox and filler would further improve facial harmony and give you youthful look. Next step should be selecting a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in face/neck lift for further communication. Hope this helps.
A lower face/neck lift would make a huge improvement and is easy to undergo under local with a little iv sedation but unfortunately it will cost around $15,000 for quality work. Don't go cheap when it come to your face otherwise you will be disappointed..
A mini facelift is going to give you mini results, therefore we rarely ever perform them. To rejuvenate your face and neck is going to require a lower face and neck lift procedure. In our practice, this procedure accomplishes tightening loose facial and neck skin, tightening loose facial and neck muscles, lifting the jowls, and removing any fat deposits in the neck. This also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve your jawline.
A mini-face and neck procedure will certainly address the skin laxity, improving your nasolabial folds, ans well ans jowel and excess neck skin.Volumizing will also help, and can be performed with fat grafting or filler. This procedure is commonly performed in our clinic in two hours, and performed while “awake!”
Great posted photos. A mini face neck lift with muscle application could solve your problems. In addition to HA fillers or fat rafting. Fee from $5000 plus. Best to virtual consult with or send more photos. Regards.
Unfortunately, your photograph is inadequate. However, one thing that could be done would be a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best...
Hi from Istanbul! To address the laxity and lack of firmness in your face, a temporal midface lift could be a suitable and lasting option. This procedure involves a small incision in the hair-bearing area and lifts the midface, temple, and brow together as a cohesive unit. This approach not only...
While I have performed over 5000 Facelifts, I do not believe that you need one at this stage There are other non-surgical ways such as lasers, radiofrequency, ultrasound technologies that can improve the tone etc.
