Several years ago I has a bit of vitrase injected into my upper lip (which I’ve read cause the issue I’m seeing) as well as did some laser lipo in my cheek area. Since then my mid/lower face dropped and lost its firmness. When I touch my skin it almost feels like there’s a layer of air underneath. When I was out massage my face the tissue feels very doughy. What can I do to fix this? I don’t want anymore fillers and I’m afraid ultrasound and similar modalities will make it worse.

While I have performed over 5000 Facelifts, I do not believe that you need one at this stage There are other non-surgical ways such as lasers, radiofrequency, ultrasound technologies that can improve the tone etc.
If a face lift is probably not what you need.
Weight loss may help. Treatment of lower eyelid midface transition can be trick and in the end is probably best done with fillers if you can find the right provider
