Hyaluronidase does not wreck the skin. It simply removes old funky hyaluronic acid filler. Certainly "a bit of vitrase" can't be blamed for your facial laxity consistent with your age. One other hand, don't let a surgeon who can't bother to clean their eye glasses tell you need a facelift--you don't.

I don't think you need any facelift type procedure at this time. Morpheus 8 or other effective radiofrequency microneedling technique should improve the collagen of your skin and make the skin feel tighter.

It sounds like you are a candidate for a Mini-Facelift. My favorite technique is the MACS short scar Mini-Facelift. Developed in Europe, it is the ideal approach for the younger patient, not ready for a full facelift, or patients who desire a less invasive procedure with a shorter recovery time. Facial aesthetics is primarily determined by facial bone structure.
This is especially true for young people.
Soft tissue coverage tends to be very consistent from person to person and what differentiates each unique persons facial appearance is primarily based on bone structure.
Removing facial tends to lead to premature aging and is generally not recommended.Most soft tissue solutions to try to treat problems spaced on bone structure, 10 to give partial improvements at best or in your case can create problems.
Restoration of your facial volume may be challenging, but could be considered with fat transfer.
Primary assessment should take consideration facial, skeletal structure. Changing your primary facial appearance is not easy or straightforward. Sometimes accepting your face and body the way it is may be the best approach.
