Hi docs, I have been to six different surgeons who say that I'm not a good candidate for a mini lift bc my jowling isn't bad enough. As much as I'd love to believe this, I see so many drs on here suggesting lifts for patients with much less aging than me. Why is this? My skin doesn't have much laxity yet, but I have definitely had fat decent and early jowl formation. When I pull slightly towards my ears, the improvement is dramatic. Weight loss may help. Treatment of lower eyelid midface transition can be trick and in the end is probably best done with fillers if you can find the right provider
