Can I safely get arm lift, breast lift/augmentation and 360lipo/tummy tuck at one time?

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. I frequently combine multiple procedures into one surgical setting.  Safety must always be the number one priority.  In my practice, I would recommend separating these into two separate surgical settings, separated by three months.  This will help to optimize your results and safety.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

The answer is a qualified yes. I would caution you about "1 shot" because even if you do a combined procedure there is chance that you will want to return for a revision or touchup. Your plastic surgeon needs to be experienced and proficient in doing these procedures individually. Not all plastic surgeons are. Blood loss is a factor. Combined surgery is great, but not if the recovery is too painful or if you are anemic after surgery. It is generally best to avoid operations that are likely to take much longer than 6 hours. While it is not uncommon to include additional procedures with Mommy Makeover surgery, sounds like you should stage your particular surgery.  A 360 Tummytuck (Total Body Lift) is more extensive than traditional Tummytuck because it requires turning you over to complete the surgery on your back. I believe it would be safer to do the tummy surgery at one time and then your breast and arm surgery as a second stage. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

This sounds like a lot of surgery to me and you will have increased risks for a poor outcome and complications. If you can afford this surgery, you should lower your risks so that you have a speedy recovery and have less problems with your wounds. Thank you for your question. I believe that it is not advisable to have all of these procedures performed together. Doing so could definitely jeopardize your safety, healing and results. It is well documented in plastic surgery literature that combined procedures and prolonged anesthesia/surgery times are associated with higher rates of both more minor complications such as wound healing problems and major complications such as pulmonary embolism. It would be best to divide your procedures between two or more surgeries with a variety of different combinations possible depending on your priorities. Congratulations on the weight loss.  The answer to your question will depend on your overall health, the extent to how much fat there is for liposuctions part as well as the amount of skin there is for the breast lift, arm lift, and tummy tuck.  Last but not least there is the preference and ability of the plastic surgeon that you end up choosing.  Some plastic surgeons will be ok with doing this combination of procedures on you while others will not.  Aggressive 360 degree liposuction and tummy tuck surgery have an interesting relationship with each other.  Liposuction will improve the tummy tuck and waist results to a certain point and then beyond that point it may increase the chance of wound healing complications.  Where this inflection point is will be determined by your plastic surgeon.Good luck on your journey.Dr. Remus Repta

you should probably not do all those surgeries together.   You need to be 5'6" or taller and fit. 360 lipo and tummy tuck not safe. " one shot" suggests you can only do this once and the result will have to be very very good if not perfect.  Surgeries of this magnitude often have minor, sometimes major complications. Break it up into smaller pieces, that way if you need a minor correction it can be done later along with the additional surgery.
