I've had 4 children naturally. I know a TT would give me flat flat results but I am wanting to avoid the scar if possible. Would I be left with sagging skin if I choose lipo 360?

Answer: Considering procedures An in person evaluation is always best but from the photos it appears the optimal results for you would be from a tummy tuck. Liposuction would remove fat and help to sculpt your curves but it would not address the diastasis. If that was corrected via a tummy tuck you would have a flat, tight tummy. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your goals for surgery. Together you can select the procedure that is best for you.

Answer: Would I be a candidate for lipo 360? Want to avoid Tummy Tuck scar if possible Hello @kaybs, thank you for your question and showing you pictures. It is important to take into account your expectations in order to make a complete surgical plan. Most likely because of the pregnancies not only the skin got lax but also an abdominal diastasis was generated, the latter must be solved with a muscular plication as well as take out excess. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeons for more information and recommendations. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.
