I've had 4 children naturally. I know a TT would give me flat flat results but I am wanting to avoid the scar if possible. Would I be left with sagging skin if I choose lipo 360?
Answer: PAL-HD with J-Plasma You do need a tummy tuck! the excess fat can be removed/sculpted using the PAL-HD liposculpture and the excess skin can significantly improve using the Renuvion (J-Plasma) technology which is radio frequency based and performed at the same time as liposculpture. Please visit our gallery to see similar patients who had PAL-HD and Renuvion

Answer: Candidate for just liposuction? Thank you for your question and images. Though a full consultation would be required to assess your skin quality, your photos show that you may be a candidate for liposuction alone. This would get rid of any excess fullness; however, it will not treat any diastasis recti obtained from prior pregnancies, or treat excess skin. It is important to find a qualified board certified physician that can confirm and tailor a treatment plan that will help you achieve your desired results.

Answer: Considering procedures An in person evaluation is always best but from the photos it appears the optimal results for you would be from a tummy tuck. Liposuction would remove fat and help to sculpt your curves but it would not address the diastasis. If that was corrected via a tummy tuck you would have a flat, tight tummy. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your goals for surgery. Together you can select the procedure that is best for you.

Answer: Would I be a candidate for lipo 360? Want to avoid Tummy Tuck scar if possible Hello @kaybs, thank you for your question and showing you pictures. It is important to take into account your expectations in order to make a complete surgical plan. Most likely because of the pregnancies not only the skin got lax but also an abdominal diastasis was generated, the latter must be solved with a muscular plication as well as take out excess. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeons for more information and recommendations. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.
