I had lipo done to my back bra roll area twice now along with renuvion i am 5”6 180lbs i have had very minimal changes and I’m seeking other options on how to t my back flat!! Possibly 360 lipo or some sort of body sculpting, also heard bbl can help with a lot of that as well just looking for a answers, my back has back boobs basically and feels like it’s in my side area out area as well, wondering if there are options beside back lift as I’m scared of that scar across my back!!

Answer: Back You need something to tighten the loose skin. You can do something like ThermiTight which uses radiofrequency or heat with tiny incisions or go for the long scar. More liposuction will not tighten the skin.

Answer: Bra line lift As you have tried liposuction twice along with skin tightening, the option left for further improvement would be the bra line lift. This would remove the excess skin that is responsible for the contour that concerns you. Further liposuction is unlikely to give you significant improvement.

Answer: Smooth back You have experienced already poor results with just liposuction pricedures because your problem is not excess of fat. You issue is excess of skin. So no matter how much fat you get remove, or using energies to try to tighten skin, that will never happen.
