I had 360 liposuction but i prefer myself before. Is it possible to regain the weight in my belly?

I didnt have too much fat to begin with. And now i am soooo slim in my upper body. Already i hate skinny arms and now there is no fat around my belly and back I hate how slim i look now it just doesnt suit me How can i regain the fat around my belly and back???
