I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chang and the entire team. My eyelid surgery went smooth ! I feel so much younger and refreshed. My eye do not feel heavy and I can wear my eyeliner again! Very worth every penny.
I saw Dr. Chang for breast implant exchange and breast lift surgery. As soon as we finished our initial consultation, I knew right away that I wanted him to do my surgery. From the moment, I walked into the office Dr. Chang and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in them. I felt like Dr. Chang really took the time to talk to me to understand the look I wanted. I am EXTREMELY thrilled with the results. I went from a 38G to a 34-DD with 445 cc silicone implants placed underneath the muscle. My goal was to have natural looking full breasts that were fitting for my body type, and Dr. Chang NAILED IT. Not only is he an amazingly talented plastic surgeon, he is also a great guy! He is extremely personable and easy to talk to. If you are considering any type of plastic surgery I highly recommend Dr. Chang, you will not be disappointed!
Dr. Chang is professional and always makes sure I get great results. I would not trust any other doctor to fix my wrinkles and lines around my mouth. Fillers can hurt and Dr. Chang always makes sure I am comfortable. Thank you to the family at Timeless Plastic Surgery!
Great experience, happy with my Botox results! The price was definitely the best around, and the service was wonderful! Dr. Chang and staff have always made me feel comfortable and first priority the moment I step into their office.
The timeless staff are so nice and welcoming, literally every staff member. With me being nervous on my surgery day they made it known that I was in good hands and took good care of me. Now through my post-op appointments, they still show every bit of care and do everything they can to provide the best service. Dr. Chang is a very knowledgeable man, the day of my consultation he sold me by educating me and answering all my questions. I’m beyond happy with my results of my rhinoplasty, he knew exactly what I was going for. Even post op if I ever have questions he’s just one call away. Have to say my experience at timeless was amazing! I would recommend to anyone.
Sharing my results after 4 months. Along with my Tummy Tuck I also had a breast implant revision. My right breast incision opened and my abdominal incision also opened. Not happy with my results. I lost my belly button and now after 4 months the only thing the doctor can say is that I need to loose weight. I haven’t been able to do real workouts since mid August due to the surgery and open wounds. The swelling I experience can’t be normal. I didn’t suffer from this prior to surgery. I feel as if the doctor is not giving me any solutions. My breast don’t look even either. I went in for a revision and he told me “there is only so much of the old scar I could remove”. I was charged for a breast revision and the results are not there. I’m very unhappy. I’m experiencing pain where the drains are located and every visit I bring it up it gets overlooked. Updated on 19 Feb 2021: Wanted to come on this platform and let everyone know Dr. Chang has worked up a plan to do some revisions to improve my results. Pearl has also been very helpful with this process. I’m thankful that they are working on a plan to make sure I do have the results I wanted and was hoping for. My right breast has dropped more than my left breast. Not sure if this is a result of the open incision that took forever to close. I have lost the weight he told me to loose. I’m able to get on my stationary bike now and have a normal work out. Any abdominal workout still hurts but he did recommend some moves to me during my last visit and I’m thankful for that. I still experience swelling but not as bad as I used to. He did put together a plan to revise my breast to fix the fact that they don’t look even and they also look like I have a bump they are not evenly round. For sure the cleavage I was wanting is not there. The pain in the area with the drains is still there not as strong as it was before but still there. I will continue to update my review as the revisions happen. Bottom line - Thank you Dr. Chang you are great for reviewing my situation and providing me with solutions. I can’t wait for all this to happen and finally see my real results. Thanks again!!!
I had a few minor treatments (Botox and Vitamin A Chemical Peel) recently at different times and both visits were wonderful. The consultation was excellent. The staff and Dr. Chang were extremely professional and ensured all of my questions were answered regarding the procedure, downtime and expectations. Very kind and easy to talk to. My Botox treatment with Dr. Chang was wonderful! I am so grateful to have found a doctor who knows what they’re doing and one that actually listens to you but more importantly delivers the results. I am a week out and so incredibly happy. I had another procedure with Donna (Aesthetician) at another appointment and she was absolutely spectacular. Very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. Super happy with my experience and treatments.
I broke my nose a couple years ago when I was in high school, and my parents and I could not afford to fix it then so it healed slightly crooked. It affected my sense of smell and ability to breathe through my nose. I was trying on wedding dresses earlier this year and realized that there were some angles of myself that I did not love so much. I did not want to worry about those bad angles when it came to my wedding and wedding pictures. I decided to inquire to see how much it would cost to get the surgery to finally fix my nose since I make my own money. I researched a couple different places in my city and used RealSelf reviews to book consultations. I was delighted that Timeless provides free consultations. I was worried about spending a lot of money just on consultations. I was initially wary of the free consultation, but the reviews convinced my to move forward. Due to COVID, my first consultation was virtual. I discussed my concerns and spoke with Dr. Chang. He heard and understood my concerns and was able to summarize them back to me. I went in for a second consultation in-person to Dr. Chang could see my nose in person. We discussed what I was looking for, cost, and what exactly/realistically would change. Dr. Chang encourages you to provide ideal goal photos, but is truthful about how those noses will not look the same or right on your own face. For example, I wanted to straighten out my bridge and shave down the bump. That was doable. I also wanted to make the wings of my nose less intense (not sure how to describe that...also I called them "nostrils" because I did not know the correct terminology), but Dr. Chang was honest in telling me that he could not change the nostrils. I appreciated that he was transparent in that. I do wonder if I miscommunicated what I meant since I said nostrils, but I did not realize that until now. After this, I decided to go ahead and do my surgery at Timeless. I put a deposit down and secured a date for my surgery. I give them bonus points for taking care credit (for the rest of the payment, not the deposit)! In all of my pre-op and post-op appointments, the ladies in the office at Timeless are the sweetest and most caring ladies you will ever meet! There are no words to describe how wonderful they are. They make you feel safe and well taken care of. The day of surgery went smoothly, and I honestly did not feel any pain. I was pretty uncomfortable and could not breathe through my nose after, but that was expected. I took my medications and followed Dr. Chang's instructions and had an excellent recovery. My post-op appointments went well and I am in love with my results!
Dr Peter Chang in Timeless Plastic surgery did my rhinoplasty 08/01/19 and let me tell you he did such a great job that I am beyond happy with my new look. He truly surpassed my expectations. This surgery was a revision rhinoplasty. I have been a member of realself since 2014 and this is my first review. Another doctor did my hair transplant 08/08/19 and I hate it. I will tell you guys all about it in another post.
I’m happy with my surgery. 800cc silicone implants. Dr. Chang did here in Sugarland, TX. Great staff. I had A cups before & i now feel much more confident. I could’ve gotten a C and been happy but at the time i wanted huge! I am now looking to get a BBL. i got them Jan 5 2017.
Thank you for your question! Without pictures it's hard to determine what's "normal". Understand that swelling can take upwards to a year to resolve. I would continue following the instructed post operative care from your doctor. Best of Luck!
Thank you for your question! I would contact the doctors office and ask to have an opportunity provided to you to consult further. You and your doctor need to be on the same page when it comes to post operative expectations and results prior to under going any surgical procedures. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question. Looking at your pre operative photo, it looks like you stared with an under projection to the tip. At the two month mark your tip looks more supported but that's due to the residual swelling in that area. I do agree the seven month post op photo does look under projected. This is because your bridge is too straight. It would need to be rasped for more curvature. An expert Rhinoplasty specialist would have performed a septoplasty extension graft. Best of Luck!
Thank you for your question! The short answer to your question is, no. If the surgeon worked on the bone the dorsum should not be wider.
Thank you for your question! Based on the photos you provided, you have a very good foundation to start from. I think you would have an excellent result if you have the tip of the nose more defined and the mild bump on your dorsum shaved down. Best of Luck!
