Liposuction deformities can occur after overzealous liposuction.  This is particularly true in post-pregnancy abdomen where there is superimposed skin and the surgeon is going for broke to get fat for grafting.  I see this all the time in my office when I see patients who have had BBLs elsewhere.  The simplest solution and the one most likely to correct this situation is an abdominoplasty.    

The problem you face with your abdomen may be from over-resection or contour irregularities from the fat harvesting.  Best to be seen in person to properly examine you and offer suggestions for improvement.

Unfortunately neither if your issues are going to resolve by themselves. I suggest you see another board certified plastic surgeon to examine you to see what will need to be done to fix the issues. Thank you for your inquiry.It is important to consult with your surgeon about your concerns. It seems as though you have some divets from overly agressive liposuction. This can be corrected with some fat grafting into those areas to fill them in. I also use a procedure called SmartLipo which has a laser that tightens the skin after the fat has been removed which can give you a smoother and more pleasing appearance and reduce the chances of loose skin and unevenness. Good luck in your recovery!Dr James Fernau
