I am scheduled with Dr. Mcadoo for an HD BBL with ab etch and Diamond Lipo. Not happy with the shape of my hips or lower butt cheeks. This is my primary reason for going to him. I am getting HD lipo with ab etch, transfer fat to buttocks, and hoping to shave a little fat off my hips. Along with liposuction to the lower butt cheeks to give the diamond shape between the lower butt cheeks and thighs. Updated on 14 Feb 2025: Instant regret upon wakeup. Excruciating pain. They quickly shoved me off the operating table into the wheelchair and out of the clinic. Guys this surgery isnt for the weak. I have a high pain tolerance and for me it was so bad that I vowed to never have surgery again. Shit I don’t even want to go back to Miami ever again! Updated on 14 Feb 2025: Still in terrible pain. Can’t get comfortable in any position. Have to lay on stomach for a relief, but it’s hard to do that with drains in. Purchased a mattress with a hole in it while I am recovering in Miami. Also have a complication with an air pocket that got in my body during surgery. Extremely painful. Hurts every time I inhale. Have a terrible headache. On oxycodone, but that doesn’t help the air pocket pain. Updated on 14 Feb 2025: Most of the pain has gone away with the exception of the air bubble pocket pain that has slowly started to subside. I am no longer on painkillers actually as of a couple days ago been using a zero gravity chair with a hole cut out on the bottom, big piece of foam on top for extra cushion to recover. Loving my abs. That’s probably my favorite part of the surgery. Still not sure about the butt. waiting to see how everything swells down. Updated on 15 Feb 2025: Love the hourglass figure Updated on 17 Feb 2025: Loving my results Updated on 18 Feb 2025: Butt is popping nicely from certain angles. Side profile not as much. It feels very hard and tight still. Doctor says it should get softer and start looking more natural 2 to 3 months out from the surgery date. Updated on 27 Feb 2025: My main issue before surgery was the back view of my butt. The side view always looked pretty decent, but the back view looked kind of square and flat. I am definitely happy with my results and I hope it stays this way. Updated on 2 Mar 2025: Updated on 19 Mar 2025: Absolutely amazing! But what is wild is I weigh exactly the same. I was one 26 or 127 before surgery. I am 125.5 right now. First picture is the day before surgery. Second pic is from this morning. Updated on 21 Apr 2025: Butt has gotten smaller but the shape has remained nice. Still loving my results Updated on 29 Apr 2025: I started working on the elliptical about one month out just light workouts a few times a week. Been working out on the elliptical ever since then 3 to 4 days a week and dieting

I’m currently 2 weeks post op. Doc reduced my laterals that Dr. Manon gave me which I appreciate. So far so good but one lateral was decreased more than the other. Still waiting for but to round out from behind. Will update as results progress.

I decided to go thru with Lipo 360 and I am so grateful I did. My measurements 5’6 and 181 lbs. i lost about 12lbs since the surgery. I can immediately see results. My incisions are in spots where no one can see. I can’t wait until I’m 3 months.

I've always felt some way about my stomach since I was 21 years old and by 25 my weight stopped going up and down and I was left with a huge pudge at least it's big to me.. I've weighed 145 up until 27 then the 150s started and now I'm stuck there with a gut I don't like! Sooooooo pandemic blessed me and now I finally get to get rid of this is boss my life up gang!!! I'm soooo excited September 2,2020 Updated on 14 Sep 2020: Sorry I haven't communicated what's being going on... but let me say that this was a verrrrrrrry painful procedure omg...I had no idea after researching for years that this would hurt soo bad! I tend to be overtly dramatic but baby this is not for the weak!!! Prepare mentally for the pain because it's something different..sooo far I'm still swollen..I'm finally leave Florida today to go home Detroit..praying that the flight is the lady struggle I endure !!

I received a bbl by dr James Mcadoo in April of 2017. Its been 3 years, no complications. I have gained Weight ad now want lipo 360. I'm looking to book with Dr Salama for 2020. Is anyone else going to him? I see he does good bbl but what about lipo?

I haven’t yet been to him but I will soon be putting my whole experience up here for you guys I’m sooooo excited, I wanted my ass done since I was 16 my mama said hell no now I’m 21 and I’m so damn ready.

I had a bbl with doctor mcadoo in June of 2016 and let me tell you..he gave me exactly what I asked for and I look great..but as you dolls know the booty greed is real..so I’m going back in March 2019 for a round 2

Had an amazing experience with mcadoo, his staff is so comforting. I wanted a medium/large booty and he did that exactly. So happy! The healing process is defiantly hard, but I am so happy with my shape Updated on 28 Mar 2019: 2 months posh op finally, it’s been such a long, tiring 2 months I will say. If your preparing for a BBL be prepared! It is definitely a experience you will NOT forget. Between being super uncomfortable and not being able to sleep.. it’s ALOT. But, at the end of the day.. pain is beauty.. and I am super happy ?? Mcadoos team made me feel super comfortable. I’m from jersey so I had to stay at a recovery home for 7 days, which was Imermaids. Also absolutely recommend this recovery home, India is such a kind soul, and the same goes for Sasha.
