Hi everyone! I wanted to do this review simply because there was not many reviews with my body frame/height. Which made it hard for me to see what the potential of my breast implant would be .. so far it is two days postop, and I feel no pain just a little bit of discomfort. I started at a very empty 34C and had to do a breast lift and use 385 cc implants… from the method that my doctor uses somehow you don’t have pain afterwards, which is really weird to me because everybody said it would just be extremely painful… I for the record I also got Lipo as well as a breast lift and with implants and I had minimal pain the day after and this is day two and I’ve only had to take one ibuprofen, I have not had to take any narcotics like Vicodin even though he did prescribe them just in case, but I have not had to take any of it. Here are some before and after -ish so that way you can kind of see how my body is healing and how I’m going. I hope this is helpful to you guys out there because it was really hard trying to figure out how 385cc won’t be massive on me but they look massive on a girl with a smaller frame and smaller height so I hope this helps you guys make a better decision on what implant to get for yourself to achieve the size you want… and also my biggest BIGGEST advice to give you is to listen to your doctor. Every other woman will have a different experience because of their doctor their frame their body type.. your doctor knows your body. Your doctor knows your frame and your doctor went to school for this so trust him, don’t listen to everybody else. Just trust your doctor ..he’s listening to you and seeing the images of your wish boobs, so make sure you have your perfect boob pictures that you think is ideal for you and that way he will be able to give you an informed when it comes to the actual implant my doctor said that I could do a 415 cc but of course I panicked and I went lower 385 cc either way I’m still gonna be happy because my boobs aren’t sagging so I am excited for the results and also comment on the Lipo skinny girls get Lipo because we have little pockets of fat that no matter how skinny we get those pockets of fat after having kids are still there and it’s so annoying so I did Lipo to target those areas. I Lipo is not a tool used to get skinny. Lipo is just normally supposed to be used to get rid of little stubborn fat in little areas, sometimes you don’t even actually lose weight from it because you’re just taking the fat away from those areas you don’t want that to my understanding.

Hi guys! Just wanted to provide an update. So far I’m feeling great. Still no pain like at all from my breast lift and implant. Only discomfort I had is bruising from the lipo! Other than that and the sleeping on the back this has been amazing. I still can’t believe this Dr is able to do pain free implants. Every single one of my girlfriends who had it done talked about staying on top of my meds etc..I didnt even use them!! He truly is the pain free breast augmentation specialist !! I’m still patiently awaiting my boobs to drop where they’re supposed to be but so far they look really good. My stomach swelling is going down quickly too! I think I’m what 5 days post op or 6 since it’s Wednesday and yes I’m already seeing results. Few things to note, I drink 120ounces of water a day! Yes a day! This has helped tremendously with the swelling I believe. I also go to a real lymphatic massage therapist (it should not hurt and they should NOT be physically draining bodily fluids out of your incisions!) every other day I’ve been going and she is also impressed at the progress so lots of rest and water does the body good. Prior to surgery she also had me do dry body drainage which is with a dry brush while ur dry and doing strokes up to your heart. That kicks starts the system I guess. Either way I’m so excited for my results and also excited to take a dang real shower. Just showering lower body is rough lol.

Dr. Wigoda is absolutely phenomenal! Never met a surgeon with such skill. All of his procedures have a beautiful result and it shows on all of his patients! Also, he has the best office staff ever! 5 star service all around. Do not waste your time going to any other surgeon because he will deliver exactly what you want!

I received a 550CC breast augmentation in 2016 from Dr. Wigoda and it was the BEST experience ever. I'm writing this review 4 years later because -- well I procrastinate A LOT. (I've actually wanted to get my boobs done since I was 17 years old.) I waited until I was 30. After consulting with many plastic surgeons, I chose Dr. Wigoda because he offered something called a "painless breast augmentation" and I hate needles and pain. The procedure was surprisingly painless -- I was up and riding my bicycle around Ft Lauderdale the next day! I had general anesthesia so I didn't feel a thing. I barely took any of my prescribed painkillers after. Amazing. I elected to have the incision below my boobs, which left about a 1" scar -- but it is unseen -- unless you are directly beneath me. I also chose silicone implants beneath the muscle because they appear more natural. There was quite a bit of swelling at first and numbness in one nipple but this goes away after 6-8 weeks. After 4 years with my 550s I cannot remember life before them. They are like my babies! LOL! I'm 5'10, athletic 145lb and it fits my frame so well. I initially wanted 300cc but Dr. Wigoda persuaded me to go bigger and I am glad he did! Go BIG or Go Home! They are PERFECT for my size. I went from barely 34B to 34D. Nobody can tell my breasts are implants. They feel soft, squishy and lovely. A natural teardrop shape. It was money well spent. I've included photos of my journey from day 1 to year 4 so you see the progression. I would hands down recommend Dr. Wigoda for your breast augmentation surgery! I posted this because I think it is important for women of color to hear my journey and know they are not alone. Upgrade yourself as you see fit!

After having the saline for about 10 years I was starting to have some rippling on the sides and was always so worried they would burst (very rare, but it can happen). I went to Dr Wigoda in Miami and switched out for a larger size ( I had gained about 10 pounds so felt I needed a little larger) and for the cohesive gel silicone “gummy bear” implants.

I love the silicone do much more and it feels so much more like a natural part of my body. I didn’t realize how weird the saline felt until I switched and I feel so much more comfortable with them and they are still full, but I think look and feel much more natural. Dr Wigoda and his staff were great and virtually had no pain. Of course I was sore and it took a couple weeks to get completely bs k to normal but a really great experience! I had gone to Dr. Wigoda in the worst possible condition a woman could be in. I went to another Doctor for a simple Breast reduction of implants and lift. I left that Surgery looking like the Bride of Frankenstein - literally. The pain was most excruciating, I had seeping bloody wounds, having to change bandages and shirts 4-6 times a day - I believe I was literally in a state of shock and I needed a competent physician to help me. My femininity was literally butchered.

Dr. Frankenstein left both my breasts with open wounds - there was a hole in my chest that was left open - you could see the muscle because my nipple and areola was necrotic and I was told "that was normal" - until one day post op - I walked out of Dr. Frankenstein's office with a complete hole in my chest - there was a second open hole beneath that. My other breast was ripped to shreds w/ another large open wound and was festering with "ripped skin" - The Dr. who put me in this way told me I had to "live like that for at least 8 months" - hopefully the wounds will close he said. He actually told me "this happens all the time" I am no medical expert but this was PURE NEGLIGENCE and I would not trust Dr. Frankenstein to continue Post Op care (technically there was ZERO care).

I immediately searched for a competent Doctor and the Divine Intervention brought me to Dr. Wigoda. During the initial consultation I immediately felt confidence in his knowledge - and he told me that my wounds needed to be closed ASAP. He said he could help. In a weeks time I was under his care on his operating table and he had a LOT of work to put me back together - at the point where I am not a "walking open wound". He said once I let this procedure heal a bit he can do the Reconstruction. The before and after photos of me are incredible - Dr. Wigoda took his medical knowledge and his surgical skill and put me back together as a human -in a few months time - he will put me back to a woman.

If I could give him Wings of an Angel I would - he has helped this human being more than he knows.

Just because someone has an MD after their name and countless degrees does not mean they are competent. I did and will continue to put my Trust and faith in Doctor Wigoda because not only does he have superb credentials but he is a Doctor that truly practices the Hippocratic Oath: "Oath written by Hippocrates is still held sacred by physicians: to treat the ill to the best of one's ability, ". To Me Dr. Wigoda is not just a physician but he is a Healer - mending my body - which will eventually mend my emotional suffering......God Bless Dr. Wigoda and Thank You !!!!!

I had a breast augmentation done in May this year and extremely happy to report all is going well. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Wigoda and his very caring staff before, during and even after my surgery. They explained every step and were quite comforting especially on the day of surgery when I began to get nervous about my procedure. The surgery went quickly and smoothly and I truly did wake up feeling NO pain with just a slight tightness in the chest area. There was not much downtime and I was able to resume my normal activities such as driving and taking care of my kids the very same day. And now here I am 3 months later with my scars almost non existent and feeling extremely pleased with Dr. Wigoda's work.

I had a great experience with Dr Wigoda. I came to him for the PRP treatment. I chose him because a girlfriend of mine had her BA done by him and raved about him and since then I've followed his reviews/page. He was very professional and nice. The treatment went well and I would recommend him.

I love Marie! Shes the best and Dr. Wigoda is honest and his work is great. I was scared before my surgery i didnt call but i got calls from his office letting me know they had me in mind! Super sweet staff and after care as been unbelievable .

From beggining to end, the experience was amazing. He gave me exactly what I wanted. It really was pain free. I was scared at first but all the staff made the process a breeze. His technique truly is different and the absolute best. I had no bruising and a speedy recovery. Thanks Dr. Wigoda

Very cozy like your like in your own home with friend sharing a meal, pleasant and upfront. He is so confident which made me super comfortable, Marie is the best and his anesthesiologist is beyond super sweet.. thank you for everything day two, and I moving around decently.
