Young mom interested in BBL (Photo)

I do not recommend liposuction of your abdomen because your loose skin plus liposuction will lead to a very bumpy, unattractive abdomen.Aesthetic liposuction is a process of removing fat from an area and attempting to remove it in a symmetrical pattern, decreasing the chances of visible rippling on the skin.  Unfortunately, liposuction by itself is rarely smooth but taut skin will cover the liposuction bumps like a piece of cardboard, therefore giving a smooth result.  Loose skin, as you demonstrate in your photograph, would cover the irregular surface of a liposuctioned area like a cheese cloth leading to a very unsightly result.  I recommend you consult with one or Board Certified plastic surgeons in your area to discuss the process of creating a BBL.

I would need to examine you in person to assess whether you are a good candidate. Its not clear if you have enough fat and also unsure if lipo of your abdomen will achieve what you want. Prices can vary widely by surgeon. Best of luck. Paul Wigoda MD drwigoda.com

A BBL can be done but you may have limited fat to use, especially if you don't want a TT right now. Best to be seen in person for an evaluation. See link below for examples.
