MR,TT,LIPO,BA lift and implants). been wearing a CG & foam pad since sx. 275cc high profile saline. At 4 wk appt PS said I could start wearing a bra. I wore one of my pre-sx Victoria Secret D34 bras. When I removed it end of day, I had yellow fluid on the left cup and blood on the right cup from my incisions. I feel my breasts are sitting high. I want them to fluff and drop to a soft natural look. What is the best bra to wear? Or should I go braless and tape my nipples to get the best results?
Answer: Bra You can use some gauze pads to protect your bra from any drainage from your incisions. You want to select a comfortable, well fitting bra. It can take up to six months for you to see your final results. Continue to follow your surgeon's post operative instructions for best results.

Answer: Mommy Makeover - Post op bra? Thank you for your question and congratulations on your recent surgery. I recommend a good support bra with NO underwire. My patients report it is more convenient to have a bra that snaps or zippers in the front. The post - operative support bra should be worn for 6 weeks. Please discuss specific details with your plastic surgeon as everyone has a different protocol. Hope this helps and good luck with your recovery.

Answer: Post op bra There's no "best" bra. It's really up to you and your surgeon. So, give him or her a call to discuss. but keep in mind that your breasts are still changing so don't invest a lot of money into bras at this point until you have your final results. Which can take anywhere from 3-6 months. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram

Answer: 4 weeks post Mommy makeover. Which bra should I wear to get best and most natural results? Congratulations on having undergone the mommy makeover procedures. There is no “standard” when it comes to the use of specific bras or garments after breast surgery. In other words, different plastic surgeons may have different practices when it comes to postoperative dressings/bras. Therefore, best to check with your plastic surgeon. For example, in my practice, patients wake up with a surgical bra in place. This surgical bra, although not attractive, is supportive and used for about one month after surgery (some of my patients have been known to burn the bra ASAP). Then, patients transition to a soft sports bra. Wired bras are used when breasts have reached their “final position”, when incisions have fully healed and patients have full sensation along the breast skin. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.

Answer: Bra after surgery I recommend no underwires for 6 weeks after breast surgery, but I would defer the answer in your case to your surgeon.
