I would look online and call the local universities to see if they have a cosmetic surgery program to get your procedures.

There is a plastic surgery residency program at LSU, and often training programs such as this will have "resident clinics" where patients can obtain plastic surgery procedures at a discount.  They are staffed by board eligible resident medical doctors and observed by their superiors.  You may want to check LSU's availability of such a clinic.  Hope this helps.

Yes both LSU and Tulane have resident clinics and prices are less expensive.  You should be able to call and make an appointment for a consultation.
