Answer: Rhinoplasty The best way to determine what specific changes will look good on your face, and what changes are surgically possible, is to do your research to find the top rhinoplasty specialists and consult with several of them in person. During your consultation, your photos can be computer-morphed to show how the changes to your nose will affect your appearance. A rhinoplasty specialist will have the experience to determine whether the morphed images are surgically attainable. If surgery is not an option for you, nonsurgical rhinoplasty can be used to reshape the nose by adding volume to the nose with dermal filler. Good luck! @drdonyoo @asianrhinoplasty

Answer: Tip Plasty Thank you for your question and sharing your photograph. Since this is only the front view, I assume that your concern is only from this angle and that the reference is regarding a smaller nose is related to a narrower appearance of the tip and potentially the alar base. The typical intervention would be a tip plasty which involves reduction and reshaping of the tip cartilages, most commonly around and had it support structure. The superstructure is often aseptic thank you for your enquiry and sharing your photographs. Since this is only the front view, I assume that you are concerned

Answer: Tip-plasty and Alarplasty You can have the lower half of the nose (tip and nostrils) addressed without breaking the nasal bones. Tip-plasty can address the bulbous tip either through closed or open approach to make it narrow and refined. Alarplasty is a very fine and quick procedure that can narrow the nostrils and reduce the flare to soften the appearance. It has other names as well like ‘Weir Excisions’ or ‘Nostril Reduction’. However, it is important to note that asymmetry of nostrils is common and cannot be corrected with alarplasty. Both of these can be done under local anethesia. Watch the video link below. Answer: Asian Rhinoplasty Hi there! Asian rhinoplasty is certainly an art in which improvements in features and preservation of heritage must balance. Typically, narrowing the tip and nostrils, raising the bridge and radix, and increasing rotation are the changes I most commonly receive. Depending on the degree of change, I consent my patients for the usage of rib cartilage. This provides very strong support which is needed to stretch the often thick skin. I avoid any implants as the infection and deformity risk is too high for my liking. Seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon competent in Asian rhinoplasty. Hope this gives you some ideas!
