Yes, a dorsally placed implant can pul up the skin surrounding the eyes of the medial canthal area. If you are very recently postoperative, this can also be from postoperative swelling which may take 18 months in the case of a foreign body (or longer). If an implant was used to raise your bridge, it does stretch the surrounding skin and can cause the appearance you are seeing. Swelling can also cause this early on. It is unlikely that this will return to normal if you leave the implant in. Taking it out may help.
