Dr K did an amazing job with my deep plane face and neck lift! My face aged prematurely after a difficult pregnancy, and several other surgeons told me I was "too young". Dr K saw exactly what needed to be fixed (jowls and sagging neck) and he fixed it so naturally that no one has noticed that I had surgery. Despite some lingering swelling and lumpiness at one month out, I can already tell that I'll have my old neck and jawline back when I'm fully healed! Maybe an even better neck and jawline ;) Also, shout out to surgical nurse Megan for answering my phone calls and being an all around awesome human. I also really appreciated Dr K's anesthesiologist, Sarah. She gave me a lot of reassurance and pain relief advice the night after surgery. She went above and beyond!

Couldn't have asked for a better doctor for a complicated functional and aesthetic procedure. I had a 7 hour complete reconstructive rhinoplasty and I healed quicker than expected with everything I needed. Dr. I made it easy to come back for office visits and I knew I was in good hands. I want to come up with more facial procedures just to keep coming into the office.

Dr. Kowalczyk (aka Dr. K) is nothing short of a marvel in the realm of rhinoplasty. From the moment I stepped into his practice, I knew I was in gifted hands. His professionalism, coupled with his warm demeanor, instantly put me at ease. As someone who has already been through a failed rhinoplasty a decade earlier, the challenge to find an expert surgeon in revisions was a great one, but I can confidently say that choosing Dr. K was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. K and his amazing team have demonstrated unparalleled dedication and expertise. During our consultation, he took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and expectations. His meticulous attention to detail assured me that my desires were not only understood but also prioritized. My case has been difficult, given the amount of scarring and lack of surgical precision during the first procedure, done by an ENT, back in 2011. However, Dr. K was not at all phased and forged ahead in 2023 with my first revision. Sadly, I had unforeseen complications and so Dr. K performed my second revision two months ago, but we are nearing the end. He is determined to gift me back the "cute button nose" that I once had, although he and I are both very realistic with the expectation that it will be close but not perfect. I absolutely do not want to go under the knife again, given how difficult the recovery is, and Dr. K has been so patient and gracious during this entire process. Revision rhinoplasty is NOT easy, nor is the recovery, and you must be prepared for that. Dr. K was very clear about that initially, but I (kind of) shrugged it off. I wish I had listened to him sooner, as it would have better set me up mentally for the healing process. My only regret, apart from not believing Dr. K when he said that revisions are tough, is that I didn't meet him sooner (11 years to be precise!) so that he would have been the one to perform my initial rhinoplasty. Had that been the case, I have no doubt that I would never have needed additional surgeries/procedures. His mastery of rhinoplasty is unparalleled, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering this transformative procedure, or needing a revision. Also, he is a really terrific human and smart as a whip. Double board certified AND has an MBA. He's brilliant and so dedicated to his practice! You would be so lucky to be under his knife.

I had a nostril reduction with Dr K two months ago. He explained thoroughly the procedure with pictures before, and with a mirror during surgery, as per my request. I am happy with my results, natural-looking and still like myself but with looks improved-less-flaring nostrils. review500 stars* :) I had local anesthesia, could drive immediately, and back to work the next day with small stitches inside my nostrils. I hid with a face mask and nobody noticed.

It was my lucky day when I found Dr. Kowalczyk through the internet. Having recently shattered my nose falling, I had no idea what the next steps were to getting my mangled nose fixed. The 1st telephone call with the receptionist at Colorado Facial Plastic Surgery put me at easy informing me on insurance issues and correct time to schedule an appointment. At the initial appointment, the staff treated me professionally, proficiently, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr K. advices me that a closed-reduction nasal procedure needed to be scheduled ASAP. Within 2 days, the operating room was reserved, pain medicine ordered, and surgery scheduled. Dr. Kowalczyk has undeniable expertises and ability. Since the fall caused so much pain and two black eyes, I really didn’t know what to expect after the procedure. I am happy to say, I didn’t get any additional black eyes and was on the pain medication only the day of surgery. The follow up appointment was a breeze and I’m grateful that the incident is behind me. Dr K and his team are the best! I couldn’t be happier with my new nose.

I came into the clinic with a complication from a previous facial surgery and dermal fillers. Before finding Colorado Facial Plastic Surgery I had searched all over the Denver area and even outside Colorado to find a surgeon willing to take my case. Drs. Kowalczyk and Imola saw me for a consultation and offered multiple options to correct the facial asymmetry for which multiple other doctors would not consider or could not provide a solution. I worked primarily with Dr. Kowalczyk, who started with the least invasive treatment options first, and eventually decided with my agreement to do a micro-liposuction procedure. Throughout the entire process he asked for and accepted my feedback, making me feel empowered and part of the process to achieve my aesthetic goals. When it was time for a the actual surgery both doctors consulted, but Dr. Kowalczyk performed the procedure. He did so conservatively and with finesse. Not only did he allow me look in a mirror in the middle of the procedure to assess how I thought the results were coming along, but the outcome was excellent. The final result exceed my expectations (the asymmetry is corrected as well as humanly possible), and there were no additional complications or discomfort. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate Dr. Kowalczyk's willingness to listen to me, the time he spent answering questions, and the technical and aesthetic skill he showed when performing the procedure. For anyone considering cosmetic, reconstructive, or revision surgery of the face, I highly recommend this clinic. Both surgeons are amazing, but my own success story was at the hands of Dr. Kowalczyk.
