I'm 7 months post op, I have a very thin skin and my implant is 6mm. I have 4 concerns: 1. I'm not sure about the height. I want a nose height that will complement my forehead. 2. It's very obvious. It has this unnatural dip shadow on the radix and the nose line looks unnaturally harsh. Esp. w/ flash 3. My alar looks round and a bit wide from the front. 4. There's a white graft showing through inside my nostrils. My doctor said it's normal? What implant size should I get
