Hi there! After rhinoplasty, the nose can become more strengthened but it definitely depends on the technique. A reduction rhinoplasty - or one that shaves away and doesn't replace cartilage - leaves the nose weaker. Structure rhinoplasty - adding cartilage - makes the nose stronger in many instances. Hitting the nose can always place it at risk for damage. It's hard to say because of the GoreTex if it's stronger so-to-speak. A clicking sound is likely some form of movement and may indicate instability. If you're concerned, have a rhinoplasty surgeon take a look to make sure no further issues come about. Good luck!
