is it possible for the rib cartilage to reabsorb even when the diced wrapped-in facia method is used for the bridge? and between the tip and bridge which is more likely to reabsorb? for context i did asian rib rhinoplasty 6 months ago, and i think my tip is a bit overprojected. I'm wondering if there is a possibility that it'll deproject on its own without revision.

Resorption is possible with diced cartilage wrapped in fascia, but not too much if your own rib was used.
Overly projected tip may go down slightly with time, mostly till 1 year, but it depends on the technique used. If there is strong support underneath, it will not go down much. It would be best if you can ask the surgeon who did your surgery. Thanks.
