(30 YO, skinny female) My concerns are prominent nasolabial folds due to volume loss/facial structure, volume loss under my eyes, volume loss in temples/cheeks, facial asymmetry (eyebrows and jaw), line above asymmetric eyebrow, and thinning/aging lips. A plastic surgeon recommended ultherapy (1 treatment), sculptra (3 vials spaced over 3 treatments), and volbella (1 syringe). Will this really be sufficient to address my concerns? Or should I be considering other/additional treatments?

Answer: Combination Treatments with Ultherapy In our practice, we use combination treatments quite often as we find them to be most effective. Ultherapy lifts and tightens by activating the natural production of collagen. It will help both lift and plump your skin naturally over time. The fillers will give more immediate results for refilling volume as a compliment to Ultherapy.Good luck!

Answer: Ultherapy, Filler, Volume Replacement Hi and thank you for your question! We offer all of the above at our practice! I agree that volume replacement would be a great idea, this can be achieved with traditional fillers and/or sculptra. I have several patients who do both, who have similar concerns and goals. As far as Ultherapy, that would be recommended if there is skin laxity or tightening desired, hard to see without different angles and so we can see the neck and jawline. You could also consider laser or needling procedure to stimulate collagen, brighten, even tone and texture. Come in for a complementary consultation! Best, Dr. Grant Stevens
