Vaginal rejuvenation is a broad term. For some women, it can mean tightening the vagina and the area around it with a surgical procedure, like vaginoplasty or perineoplasty. Many of my patients are primarily interested in a labiaplasty or labia majoraplasty, for a cosmetic improvement and reduced discomfort, while others seek us out for labia augmentation with dermal fillers. We also offer a number of nonsurgical options, like the Aviva Scarless Labiaplasty, which uses radiofrequency energy to tighten and shrink the labia minora and labia majora. Other popular non surgical options include MonaLisa Touch, a laser therapy treatment that regenerates vaginal tissues, and ThermiVa, a treatment that uses targeted radiofrequency to tighten the vaginal walls and rejuvenate tissue. At my Jersey Shore practice, we’ll discuss your unique concerns, assess how hormonal shifts may come into play, and develop a treatment plan that will give you greater confidence, comfort, and pleasure.

Fillers and Other Injectables

As we get older, our skin loses collagen—a necessary protein that helps keep our skin stay firm, supple, and wrinkle-free. Facial fillers boost our collagen supply, often through the use of hyaluronic acid, to give us a younger, softer appearance. Fillers can diminish the appearance of lines and wrinkles, smooth out acne scars, and even pump up lips without surgery or downtime. At my practice in Aberdeen Township, New Jersey, we offer a range of popular fillers, including Juvéderm, Revanesse, Radiesse, and Bellafill. I also provide Botox to relax wrinkles and treat conditions like excessive sweat, neck pain, TMJ, and migraine headaches. If you are considering Botox to treat large pores or oily or acne-prone skin but are concerned about the effects being too “noticeable,” micro-Botox is a great option. These injections are performed on a superficial level and do not affect the muscles involved in facial expression.

Today, it’s possible to enjoy many of the benefits of a facelift without the potential complications or downtime. At my practice in Aberdeen Township, New Jersey, I frequently perform facial rejuvenation with dermal fillers in the cheeks and chin. I also offer the Y Lift, an innovative, minimally invasive face lift that involves no incisions. I use a special instrument to inject hyaluronic acid fillers beneath the facial muscles and increase definition. The muscle holds the filler in place to maintain lift and prevent sagging. The results are accentuated cheekbones, better jawline definition, a lifted upper neck, and a revived under-eye area. Another treatment I love, Kybella, helps get rid of a double chin or other areas of stubborn fat by dissolving the unwanted fat cells.
