Post-Pregnancy Procedures
Mommy makeover surgery is a combination of procedures that restores your pre-baby figure in a single surgical session. It’s customized to your needs, but most mommy makeovers at my Los Angeles practice include breast surgery (a breast lift, breast augmentation, or breast reduction), liposuction, and a tummy tuck, to address changes from childbearing and breastfeeding. During the procedure, sagging breasts are lifted and fullness is restored, extra skin around your midsection is removed, and abdominal muscles are repaired to reduce postpartum pooch. Sometimes liposuction is also performed to remove excess fat, most commonly in the “love handles,” to contour your waist. Mommy makeover results can be affected by a future pregnancy, so I recommend waiting until your family is finished to have this surgery.

Body Contouring
To tighten problem areas and eliminate extra fat, I offer a number of body-contouring procedures. If you want a quick fix, liposuction is the most immediate, permanent way to remove unwanted pockets of fat, and it’s been one of the most popular plastic surgery procedures at my Los Angeles practice for many years. If you don’t want surgery, CoolSculpting is, without question, the best option. My office has done more CoolSculpting procedures than any other in the world and the treatment is very effective, safely and reliably minimizing the percentage of existing fat practically anywhere on the body by up to 25 percent per cycle. CoolSculpting works by freezing the fat, which is then naturally eliminated by the body. The procedure has no downtime, but you’ll wait a month to three months to see the final result. I did it myself and I lost two inches in three months from my love handles.
