Is Ultherapy a good option for a 21 year old? I would like to have a tighter jawline and more defined cheekbones.

I like my facial structure and would not like to alter my face with injectable fillers. Historically, I’ve been at very low body fat and my jaw/cheeks looked great! But that level of (or lack of, lol) nutrition is simply not sustainable. My practitioner recommended Ultherapy. My concern is whether i’m speeding up the aging process by doing this, and if at some point i’m at lower bf% if my face will look skeleton like.
