I like my facial structure and would not like to alter my face with injectable fillers. Historically, I’ve been at very low body fat and my jaw/cheeks looked great! But that level of (or lack of, lol) nutrition is simply not sustainable. My practitioner recommended Ultherapy. My concern is whether i’m speeding up the aging process by doing this, and if at some point i’m at lower bf% if my face will look skeleton like.
Answer: Consultation is required Yes, Ultherapy can potentially be a good fit or you. Ultimately, a consultation is required to help you make that determination.

Answer: Is Ultherapy A Good Option at 21? Ultherapy Is Great Prevention and Collagen Builder We start losing collagen by the time we are in our mid-20s, so 21 is not too young to begin thinking about tightening and improving the quality of your skin with Ultherapy. Ultherapy uses ultrasound energy to heat up the collagen, forcing it to contract and produce newer, stronger strands of this important protein. The skin tightening may be exactly what you need to give you a tighter jawline.Other collagen-promoting skin-tightening treatments that work as well as Ulthera are Thermage and Thermi RF. However, if you really want a more contoured look, building up your cheekbones with Sculptra or HA fillers like Voluma, Restylane or a combination of the two may be the way to go. The extra volume also adds a lifting effect that can make your jawline look sharper. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist who is an expert at creating beautiful, healthy faces with Ultherapy and fillers.

Answer: Ultherapy for jawline contouring in a young person Thank you for your question. I do not feel that micro-focused ultrasound is likely to produce the aesthetic changes you're hoping to achieve. In my experience patients and your age demographic with your goals benefit more from injectables then from Ultherapy. I recommend sending a physician who is highly experienced in facial rejuvenation. Best of luck.

Answer: Ultherapy At A Young Age Whether Ultherapy is appropriate for you can only be determine through an in-person consultation and examination. In general, Ultherapy works well as a preventative measure in younger individuals. Though results may be subtle externally, it works internally to build collagen and slow the aging process. Make sure you see an experienced physician provider. Best wishes.
