I had Ulthera done approximately 11 months ago. The nurse used the deepest setting and it melted the fat in my face. I went back to my provider for filler to restore the loss volume but did not get a positive outcome. I went to another dermatologist for filler and again, it did nothing to restore enough volume to lift and smooth out the skin. My skin is like a balloon thats been popped. All the skin has fallen and there is loose, bumpy indentations on my lower face. Do I need surgery?
Hello! I got Ultherapy on my chin in October 2023 and I really liked the results. Ive had consultations with several places near me for another treatment , including plastic surgery offices and aesthetic clinics overseen by a doctor, and a lot of them have aestheticians administer the treatment. I was trying to find a doctor or surgeon who administers it, but is it okay to go with a laser technician or aesthetician who has a lot of experience with the device? Thank you!
I had Ultherapy four months ago, and Ive noticed my skin feels tighter, but Ive also lost facial fat, which has made my face look hollow. I thought the new collagen production would add some plumpness to my face, but it seems thats not happening. Does collagen from Ultherapy only tighten the skin, or can it also add volume? Additionally, what does Ultherapy target firstfat or skin layers? If I want to regain facial fat naturally without using fillers, is that possible? Would gaining weight
Hi ! Im 21 and Im considering either ultherapy or botox for a slimmer, smaller, and more V line shaped jawline. Ive had my doubts about ultherapy as Ive heard its not a procedure to get in your early 20s but i also think it might be effective for the slight lift i want, or Im considering botox amongst the jawline but fear it wont do anything. For some background, Ive already gotten masseter botox and love it i just want to further slim the V line. Thanks!
Hi I am a 29F 132ibs and have been getting Botox in my TMJ as well as other areas for three years now every three months. My TMJ grinding caused me to have terrible migraines so I have gotten so much relief with it. I tried acupuncture, wearing a night guard and pain relief. I know have jowls and I really want to get rid of them.. I was thinking ultherapy but am open to alternatives to improve my lower face.
I have a round face with some jowls (even thoughy im 24) and after some googling i came upon ultherapy. i have a rather weak jawline and some looseness, and this seems like a perfect solution for a more defined jawline. but some people online mention that the procedure melted their fat. now a little bit of fat melting i wouldnt mind as ive also considered buccal fat removal but i dont want to end up with way saggier skin. What should i expect? And is there a difference between hifo/ultherapy?
