i had a breast reduction covered through insurance. I am happy with my results and they're objectively much better looking however i went from a 32g/h to a 34c, i'd like them a bit bigger now and to increase upper pole fullness because from a side view they're pretty flat. I'm considering implants, my biggest thought against it is the fact that they need to be changed every 10ish years apparently. i feel like that is very excessive and not talked about enough. It'd be so expensive long term.

Answer: Implants Thanks for your question! I do think that a lower profile implant could get you some upper pole fullness without making you too large. Another option might be fat grafting, but you would want to find someone that specializes in that. Good luck!

Answer: Upper pole fullness Implants will help give you the upper pole fullness that you are wanting. There is no specific time frame in which implants need to be replaced. Many patients go longer than ten years without having any issues with their implants. However, at some point most patients do return for many different reasons such as wanting a lift, wanting different sized implants, or perhaps even wanting them removed.

Answer: Breast implants Dear madisonvvvl, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
