I’m Mexico you could have more than 800 cc if you want 850, 900, 1000, it depend on you, and if your skin could handle the size
Reportedly yes, it's been in the pipeline for approval from the FDA for a bit. The last time I checked, there was no update other than "we are working on it". There are ways to get custom sized breast implants though. If that something you are interested in, check in with your plastic surgeon who can work with the sales rep and breast implant company. All the best!
Though silicone implants which have been FDA approved for the US remain below 800cc, the companies are looking at larger implants. Ultimately, it is a business decision with a limited market. Certainly much larger breast implants are a very valid consideration for reconstruction. For aesthetic surgeries, the questions are a bit less certain. Using saline implants, you san easily push the volume beyond 800cc. You have to consider the possible downsides of such large, and by definition, heavy breast implants. I can not endorse off shore implants which are much larger. Best of luck.
Hello. For the moment it still doesn’t exist and I personally haven’t heard of anything in a close future.Good luck !
The enormous cost and amount of time needed to get that extreme size approved by the FDA will probably not be recovered by the limited number that would be sold. I doubt it will happen.
At the present time, the largest silicone implant available is the 800cc. Salines may be filled to 1050cc’s, but once again, they are Saline.

It would be best to follow the opinion of your surgeon, particularly since they’re familiar with the specifics of your situation.
Thank you for your question and photographs. You have excellent breast anatomy and should be a good candidate for breast augmentation using the dual plane technique. Inquire of your surgeon if he or she also uses the "no touch" technique. The "no touch" technique includes dual plane breast...
