Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for a dual plane breast augmentation.
Considering laxity of the lower pole of your breasts, you may be a candidate for a lift with implants. Augmentation with implants would create nice change but only larger implant will temporary address lower pole laxity. In person or telemedicine consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in breast surgery, is recommended.
Thank you for submitting your question and your photos. From the images it appears you would be an excellent candidate for sub pectoral breast augmentation with dual plane as you have good breast symmetry and minimal breast ptosis (sag). A breast augmentation will help give your breasts a rounder and fuller appearance while giving you upper pole fullness that natural breasts often lack. Placing the implants in a dual plane position will help expand the lower pole raising the nipple position and giving the breasts a lifted appearance. Hope this helps. Be sure to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon.
Dear HelloDollXO. Thanks for sharing your pictures and concerns, after analyzing your case you look like a good candidate for Breast lift and Augmentation with implants, as it seems you look like a great candidate for your desired procedures, however techniques are decided on in person consultation. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.
Yes, you would be a good candidate for a dual plane breast augmentation. You have glandular ptosis (Mild breast sagging), but this should not interfere with your surgery. If you didn't mind scars and wanted a slight uplift, a peri areolar mastopexy could also be performed.
Dual plane technic is not difficult and it just adds a maneuver to a submuscular breast augmentation. It’s used to provide added expansion of the lower pole of the breast for a more natural look. Of course, consult with a board certified surgeon.I hope this helps, good luck !
Yes, if you want fuller breasts, you would be a great candidate for breast augmentation. In my practice, I use the dual plane technique 99% of the time.
Dear Hellodollxo,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Yes, but you would probably need a lift as well. Measurements are needed to be certain, but your breast tissue is sagging some.
Once you have healed from surgery you can lay in any comfortable position you choose for sleeping. Initially it is recommended that you wear a surgical bra day and night to support the breasts as the heal. Once healed you can wear a bra as you choose. We do encourage support for the breasts,...
Since the pain is new it is best have the breasts assessed by your surgeon. It may disappear on its own with time, but your surgeon will be better to advise if there is any cause for concern after an evaluation.
How common is capsular contracture, bottoming out, and animation deformity in your plastic surgeon's practice? Good question and you might ask him (her) what his experiences are with these complications. There are many factors which contribute to these issues of concern including (among others)...
