Why would I have a dent in my breast implant, 7 months post op? With nipple pain, and discoloring on skin? (Photo)

So did your plastic surgeon actually put in the implants through the incision next to the areola?? If so, then I think the tissue is so thin there that you are seeing the hue of the breast implant- the implant is clear/translucent. I would actually go back and talk to him or her.... the approach of putting in implants next to the areola is actually a bit dated with good studies showing that incisions under the breast and in the axilla/ arm pit being much more reliable. I fix a fair amount of these with fat grafting to thicken the thinned area. Best Wishes!!

An examination is needed to see if the breast tissue in the area of the dent is a little thin and letting the implant push through. If so, a small fat transfer could be helpful. Your first 3 photos are not very helpful.
