Looking at your photos I’m glad you posted the preop because we have something to compare to. You have a very nice result and trying to get perfection can sometimes lead to bigger problems. Given the fact that you had capsular contracture, you look great after all that. I would advise to leave things alone. Otherwise you may be asking for more problems in the future.

I think you should keep what you have and enjoy your new look. Your do have some asymmetries, as we all do. Most of your asymmetries are with your bone structure which cannot be changed. One centimeter is very small and less than half an inch.

It is difficult to believe that the entire Realself breast augmentation community doesn't know that breast augmentation results cannot be assessed before at least 6 months (with a few exceptions). You need to be patient with the healing process and evaluate your results after 6 months with your surgeon and your before and 6 month after photos. Good luck!

Sometime when we invest a lot of emotional energy into something we don't like up front relatively small differences can really bother.

Try to accept there will always be some differences, and at the same time your results are wonderful.
