I’m 5’2” and 100lbs. I had my surgery done last year and I got 285 cc Sientra implants. I’ve been massaging since post op but i still feel like my left implant is sitting high and round. I can also feel my left implant moving when I’m working out and it’s not very comfortable. I’m thinking about getting this revised, just not sure what that the process looks like.
Answer: Capsular Contracture This very well might be capsular contracture. It is hard to know without seeing more than 1 photo. A series of photos over time might be more helpful to determine if this is what is truly happening. Regardless, these are all my own opinions based on the photos provided. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon who has great training and experience in aesthetic breast surgery.

Answer: Possible capsular contracture It looks like a capsular contracture from your description and the photos, but an in-person evaluation is needed. See you surgeon. BTW massage can help implants settle but there's no evidence that it prevents capsular contracture.

Answer: Breast revision It’s difficult to tell you exactly what’s going on from your photo. It is possible that this is a contracture, and if so, then surgical revision to remove the capsule would be appropriate. It would be best to let your surgeon see what’s going on and offer his/her opinion on how to correct it. Best of luck!

Answer: Cap Con and More It appears one of your breasts has capsular contracture, but this may not be the case and appears this way because of your other breast implant; that one has descended in a infero-medial direction, and both breasts are too close to the midline (medial direction). You will need to be examined to determine the best course of action for both breasts.

Answer: BA results Dear Cindy20611, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
