Would I benefit from Bellesoma or an internal bra lift? 20 years post op, hoping to target bottomed out breasts rippling (photo)

The Bellesoma Method would require you to remove the implants and lift the breasts. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be place if additional volume is desired.

To hide ripples, you need tissue. if you have some donor fat, then use this. You appear to be slim and not have much fat. I would not go with larger implants for your will just stretch and thin your tissue more and be right back where you are. You might benefit from an internal bra, but an examination is needed to be certain.
