5’2, 115lbs. 28” under bust, BWD 11.8 Currently have Mentor moderate plus xtra 405cc’s Thinking of switching to Mentor High Profile Boost 585cc’s and wondering if that would fill out my breasts and make them perky? The PS who did my augmentation said I did not need a lift but my breasts are not like I had hoped they would be. I wish for more larger breasts with more fullness and upper pole.
Answer: Implants You need a lift. Do not go larger. What you have now it too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. if you go larger, you will just sag even more. An internal bra to give support could be helpful.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast implants and mesh bra support Patient's preop skin quality plays a role in the overall aesthetic results. If lots of skin laxity or excess then a breast lift in addition to breast implants will help achieve a more lifted result. Adding fat grafting to the upper pole of the breast also gives more upper fullness. Internal bra or mesh support helps to keep the implant and breast lifted.

Answer: Breast lift Dear TheReaIMe, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Breast implants Larger implants may temporarily give you more upper fullness but in a pretty short time they’ll drop and you’ll be in the same place you are now. Get a lift or just leave them alone
