Does anyone have experience with small implants double bubbling? I've just been told during consultation that one of my breasts has the potential to double bubble due to the 'foot print' of my breast being smaller. I was reccomended 225cc implants for a natural look but I cannot find any post-op photos of women with smaller implants having double bubbled. Does anyone have any experience of this or know where to look to know what I can expect if it happens?

Hello. I have had a few consultations. I just want to get more opinions. I have grade one ptosis. Do not want to get a lift. I’m going with 380-400 cc. I don’t want the fake fake look but I would like a more natural look but trying see what would make up for the sagging more.

Hello! I'd like to get subfascial implants done to restore volume after two babies. I would really like to avoid vertical scars if at all possible, and I'm not even sure if I need a lift or not too? I don't mind more natural sitting breasts that are a little lower than high and tight, but I don't want a rock in a sock look. I'm thinking motiva preserve method with ergonomix implants?

Hi ive been told by 1 surgeon id need a ETT but by another surgeon ive been told im a candidate for ETT & FDL. Im not a fan of the vertical scar but surgeon 2 told me i could have abit of loose skin aftet Lipo at the top of my tummy. I dont feel i have too much fat at the top of my tummy and i dont get any roles at the top of my tummy either when i sit but i do get alot of skin when i lean over. I need muscle repair and am hoping with that, i may be able to rone my stomach. Ive had 4 children and rapid weightloss of 6 stone within 5 months

I want to feel confident again. I’ve had two rounds of a bbl. One in 2018 other in 2021. At this point I believe my buttocks is too big for my frame and unhappy with my tummy after having my son in 2023. I do Believe I have Fibrosis as well. I feel Like most of my excess skin is above my belly button. Any advice?

Will it affect the rhinoplasty’s healing?

I have a large and long nose and had a consultation to do a total closed rhinoplasty. when I told the surgeon that I don't want my nose to point down when I smile, the doctor suggested cutting the depressed septi muscle. then after few days i said i don't want to perform this method and he said its fine. But why would a surgeon offer this procedure when doing a total rhinoplasty shouldn't total rhinoplasty help the tip to improve? does this make me insecure? I have seen great results on rhinoplasty with this surgeon anyway.

I have been researching into a rhinoplasty, but I’m worried about the length of my mid face especially having smaller eyes. Would a rhinnoplasty help this or make it look even more disproportionate ? I’m also concerned about how hollow my temples are I’m only 25 but they have always looked like this

I don't really want a dramatic result anyways haha, just add some volume and projection to my butt as well as widen my hips a little bit to balance my shoulders. As the title states I am 5ft11 (180cm) tall and 145lbs (66kg) with not that much muscle mass and a BMI of 20.4, is it possible to do a skinny BBL?

I am 5’1 and 115 lbs , I have had a bbl done by a plastic surgeon many years ago and I honestly believe I was one of his first ones .. after my procedure I was never encouraged to constantly wear the compression garments nor even have a single lymphatic massage, and I did not quit smoking, so no wonder why it didn’t stick , I’ve lost quite a bit of weight via Tirzepatide, I’m wondering if at my new weight and having that done before if I would make a good candidate again for round 2? I’ve DC’d the tirzepatide and managed to gain 4 lbs in the last 3 weeks. Really hoping that there is a possibility to get enough fat off my body for this.

Hello I am a 35 y/o wife and mother. I am 5’1“ tall and weigh 143 lbs I am pretty active and work out consistently. I will be haunt a mommy makeover consisting of an extended tummy tuck, breast lift & augmentation, with a lipo on my back, flanks & abdomen. My Dr also stated that he would include the fat transfer to my glutes with the procedure. But I’m wondering is the fat transfer to the glutes pushing it too far and should I opt out and maybe do this in another surgery ?? Thanks in advance

Hi, I'm a 25 y/o and I was planning on getting breast implants soon, but I have pretty noticeable chest cavity from pectus excavatum. If I got silicone breast implants, would that interfere with a future Nuss procedure to correct the cavity?

Hi i have a consultation in January and really hoping i can just have implants as a lift here is very expensive. Id like to go for 400cc plus. Thats my goal.

I have axillary breast tissue under one arm, already determined to be benign. It hurts though, and I want it removed, but I'm concerned about long-term pain and scarring. I've read that this procedure can sometimes be done with lipo but other times requires excision; how do you determine which procedure is needed? And what can I expect in terms of cost and recovery?

Not sure if I woke up like this or it happened during the day. It does not hurt, i just can feel the eye lid heavier. I wear contacts . Otherwise nothing happened, no surgery. I have been under a lot of stress lately and recently got out of an 11h flight 3 days ago.

Hi, I'm in my 40s and it seems that the surrounding area around the eyes have been damage by the sun overtime. Also, there is an hollow area under the eyes. Let me know what type of procedure would help. Thank you so much.

Tired of my tired looking eyes. Would love to know if a bleph with fat transfer would work here or would an implant be more suitable. Also does it look like I have ptosis and would addressing it better this sad Sam look. need a general starting point to ask the right follow up questions with my doctor of choice. (Still searching)

I am a 65 year old woman; what procedures do you recommend?

I'm almost 72, and I understand that a midlift is appropriate for much younger women, but I had a lowerlift in 2018, which I think is still doing well. Could i be a candidate for a midlift?

I am 50 and am deliberating whether or not a facelift is worth the downtime and risk. I do not have a double chin or badly sagging neck. My main concern is lower cheek laxity. Thanks.
