I have noticed my nose getting bigger over the last 3 years. There are a few nodules on one side of nose and some thickening on tip of nose which I absolutely hate. I'm just 23 years old male and I never really liked the end of my nose & now it's getting worse! If It is rhinophyma ,What is the best treatment for this?
Answer: Rhinophyma Based on the pictures, it appears that you have rosacea and VERY early rhinophyma. At this early stage of the disease, I would recommend consulting with a dermatologist who is familiar with non-surgical treatment options. If you get early treatment, you will likely never need surgical intervention.Best of luck!

Answer: Is this rhinophyma. Thank you for your post.I find it very difficult to make disgnoses from photographs. Having said that though, if you think it is rhinophyma, then the most accurate way of getting a diagnosis is to have a biopsy sent off for pathological analysis. The other name for a rhinophyma is sebaceous hyperplasia.
