I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Barek almost 7 years ago and i love my nose, everybody says it looks fantastic. I barely had any pain, all the process was really simple, He is an artist! I totally recommend him

Surgery with Dr. Dennis Barek: PERFECT. If 40+ years of experience and countless before and after photos on his website that surpass any results you will see anywhere; here was my experience:

Prior to the surgery he had me in his office multiple times upon my request just to go over everything in person. Himself and his assistant Deborah made me feel more than comfortable everytime I was in, prompt email and phone call responses from both of them on any questions or concerns.

The day of: I arrived at the BEAUTIFUL facility, was greeted by the nurses and anesthesiaologists - Dr. B then came in and sat with me for a good 25 minutes while everyone else was setting up rather than leaving me in the waiting room alone. We had a great conversation, just about the procedure one last time, about life... it really made me feel even THAT much more comfortable and certain that I had picked the perfect Doctor.

After the surgery I woke up... the first face I saw was Dr Barek again, with a huge, genuine smile on his face as a result of the results he had just achieved. He is proud and passionate about surgery, his "love" as he refers to it. Amazing!

I went to Dr. Barek for a rhinoplasty and my outcome was amazing! Im very happy with my nose and recovery time was fast and painless. Dr. Barek is caring, kind, knowledgable and honest. He answered all of my questions. There's no waiting time, the staff is kind and helpful, the office is very clean and comfortable. He's the go to doctor for your plastic surgery needs.

I met Dr Barek and Debbie when I was 19 seeking to get my nose done! They are both very warm and honest! I had my nose done by him twice and he also did my boobs three times plus fixed a torn earlobe!

He is a Nose God!!! He specializes is the most perfectly crafted noses ever! I'm serious!!! I LOVE MY NOSE! I have gotten many compliments on my nose and my boobs!!! This Doc is a saint and he is very honest! He is a masterfully skilled plastic surgeon who's been in the business of body-sculpting and body-perfecting for a long long time! You can't go wrong with him!!!!

He's too successful to be money hungry or dishonest and he genuinely cares for his patients... THANK YOU DOC... I am a walking doll, you made me perfect and my life has been so much happier, successful, healthier and completely most incredibly amazing!

You are a blessing! I'm so happy I found you when I was young and I wish you practiced in FL because I'm ready to upgrade my almost 13 year old implants! I love my boobs... Two kids and breast fed with 550ccs and still perfect and soft squishy feel!

I am still wanting to go to 1050ccs even though he advised me against it! I appreciate his honesty and looking out for my best interest but a Barbies got to be a Barbie!

Hi, I've had my breasts done three times and I am about a 34dd or 34E, I have saline implants under the muscle and I want to go bigger but I'm thinking to try the cohesive gel implants. How do you feel about moving your implants from under the muscle to over the muscle? Do you still have sensation in your nipples? (sorry for the awkward question) and do you think it looks better over the muscle then under? Have you thought about the gel? And what made you choose saline over the muscle instead of gel and under the muscle? thanks

I want new boobs that are high profile, but more round and a little larger...and I definitely need them to be squishy and not hard like baseballs....so I'm thinking gel is a better option.

While suffering from previous nose injury, I sought out Dr. Barek to fix my nose and refine it for a wonderful appearance. Dr. Barek put me at ease an assured me that my nose will be very natural looking and be better than before the accident! He was correct my nose is beautiful and I am no longer self consience! Dr. Barek and his staff were very helpful and accommadating to my needs and to my recovery period. I am very satisfied with my results and would recommend them to anyone who needs this procedure to be done.
