Pain when raising eyebrows after septorhinoplasty?

I am three and a half weeks post septorhinoplasty with osteotomies. Yesterday I was raising my eyebrows at something someone said and I got a shooting pain between my eyebrows and down the bridge of my nose. Now it feels sore and I can feel a ridge at the top of my nose (between the eyebrows) that I never felt before. Is there any possibility I could've done any damage just by raising my eyebrows?
