Just wanted to look like myself again
Had some genetic hooding of upper eyelids and some fat under chin that comes with age
Wanted to correct eyelids before it became obvious it was needed and definition of jawline back to well defined and an overall more rejuvenated natural look when I looked at myself from all directions

I had a gastric bypass over 12 years ago and had excess skin and because of it I felt old. I keep to my diet and exercise and felt I should look as good as I felt. I have lost over 260 pounds and have started the process of making my self over inside and out. The staff and Dr. Gus A. Diaz made it a great expriance and I would do it again if they did it .

I was 309 pounds now 130 pounds.

It's like having a baby you don't remember the pain and only took two weeks to go back to the wellness center to exercise, everybody there said I looked great!
It was different then anything I had done before. The procedure went very well, it was a
little pain, but I had pain pills that took care of that!

i am not happy with my procedure. i cant really see much improvement. i went back to the office and talk to the doctor . he said he would do the procedure again. he said to call and scedule a appt. and i did, than they cancell my appt. i had aready made plans to take time off from work to get this done . i am highly upset. they nrrd to either refund my money or do the procedure that they had sceduled . i rearranged my life and time and than they cancelled my appt, now what am i supposed to do. they need to make this right . i am a widow trying to get back in the dating world and look a little better. they did not hold up to there side of the bargain, i dont have the money or time for this, they should fix this now my appt was for aug 28, i took time off for this . and time is running out.

Every time I looked in the mirror I saw hanging jowls and that turkey neck. When my 7 year old granddaughter wiggled my neck and mocked "gobble-gobble", my decision was made. I am coming up on 8 weeks after the procedure and I definitely would do it again. The first 24 hours was hard but so worth it!

I chose Dr. Diaz to do my surgery, which was a brow lift, Life Style Lift and laser treatment around my mouth and chin. Initially, I was having just the Life Style Lift and upper eyelids and the laser. When Dr. Diaz saw me he asked if I had a lot of headaches. The answer was "yes". He felt the eyelids could wait but a brow lift was in my best interest. Trying to get more light into my line of vision I was fatiguing my brow muscles.

The surgery went well as is the healing process. The surgery was in July and I still have some numbness and a bit of swelling and bruising remaining in the neck area. As far as headaches, I haven't had any now for 2 1/2 months! Our son saw me for the first a few weeks ago and couldn't get over the change. He thought I looked 15 years younger!

Would I do this all over again? I'm not ready to say that I would as the discomfort is still fresh in my mind. I knew it wouldn't be a walk in the park but I did get through it and the staff was very reassuring throughout. Sometimes you have to suffer a little to get to happiness. I do like what I'm seeing and each day the look gets better!

This procedure was my 50th birthday present to myself.

I had the unfortunate turkey wattle neck issue going on, and it's now completely gone, and my jawline and neck are also nicely tightened up. I am beyond thrilled with the results!

The doctor and the entire staff were professional, caring and friendly. I had MANY questions before and after the procedure, and all were answered very patiently.

I took pain pills for only the first 2 days, and had just mild discomfort after that.

This has been a very positive experience.

For a full decade I loved my face and neck!
Then I got into a swimming program and did the breaststroke. What a mistake. My neck was strained and the muscles pulled, and my neck fell. Now I look every bit of nearly 62, and I'm so sorry.
The medical staff told me my neck procedure would look good for a decade, and that proved quite true. I think I hastened the decline, unfortunately.
But I will happily say my 50's were fabulous.

Five years ago I went to a doctor that claimed he did a face lift on me only to find out he only pulled the skin and didn't touch any of the facial muscles. This lower face lift was to include my neck and underneath my chin a huge incision was made which got infected and scarred horribly. I was very self conscience about it as people would continually ask me what had happened. To make matters worse within a year, it was as if he did nothing at all. I understand you continue to age normally but I never understood that when a face lift is done, that you need to make sure the muscles are pulled or else it will fall quickly, which is what happened.

The worst part of it was when I asked if he could do anything about my earlobes which had gotten bigger over the years from wearing heavy earrings and he told me that he could take care of it. I saw this doctors credentials and they appeared fine as he was a plastic surgeon. I had no idea that this doctors idea of fixing my earlobes meant cutting them off which left them looking disfigured and I was unable to wear earrings. This thrust me into a depression and I stopped going out anywhere.

After some urging from my husband and seeing Lifestyle Lifts commercials, I decided I would go on a consultation just to see if they could do anything. Because I was still skeptical I went on two consultations with Dr. D and felt confident in him although it was an "apprehensive confidence" (if there is such a thing. The consultant you see before Dr. D had suggested an eye lift but Dr. D said I did not need one and he was very honest about what type of results I would receive and he didn't want me to have unrealistic expectations. As a Christian what meant more than anything to me was right before the surgery when he prayed for me. I felt such a peace and couldn't believe a doctor would take the time to do this. You can tell what an honest and forthright man he is.

The healing time seamed much longer than I would have thought, and even thought your not put under by an anesthesiologist, this is major surgery and people need to realize this. I never got an infection and I cannot even begin to tell you how thrilled I am with the results. I feel I have a new lease on life and I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. D to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Of course, I was nervous before the procedure but the staff and the doctor put me at ease and the medication I received before the surgery made me sleep.

I only remember the beginning of the procedure, after that it seemed I would go in and out of a dream and then they woke me up and said it was over. That is exactly what I wanted to happen as I didn't want to be awake for any of it.

Smile lines were very pronounced.
