I want a nose job but my nose basically has no shape, what are my options?

Thank you for your question and pictures. Taking everything into account I think that you have a beautiful nose that only needs refinement of your tip along with one of the most used popular surgical techniques for Alar base reduction, which is the Weirs technique (It's when you make internal cuts and tuck in your nostrils).
