I’m looking to correction an alar retraction on my right nostril. I have seen 2 different doctors. One would take a cartilage graft from my ear to apply to the nostril. The other suggested fillers for the retraction or to use cadaver cartiage but, mentioned that preforming an alar graft doesn’t always correct the issue an gave it a 50% succes rate. I’m super confused on what direction to take. A 50% success rate or the risk of interfering with the blood vessels in my nostril? Help!
