I’ve always wanted a nose job like Megan Fox’s. But I have a shorter, wider buttoned nose type of thing going on, compared to what she naturally had as a base before surgery. Two completely different noses. My question is, does having a buttoned nose make it harder for the surgeon to create the narrow, refined tip that I want? Especially when I don’t have much of a tip to start with? Can they create length to my nose? Here’s some photos of her nose and mine.
