In May of 2022, I had an extended deep plane facelift, buccal fat removal, lower bleph and neck liposuction with the correlated neck lift. Despite having a complication eight days post-op of a neck hematoma, (which was not the surgeons fault - it just can happen) and an extended recovery, I am very happy with my outcome. I had a terrible turkey neck and Dr. Williams gave me the under jaw/neck definition I never had (because he completed a deeper fat removal). He is a very skilled, decisive and confident surgeon.

Wonderful experience, when I went in to my consultation I knew my search for a revision rhinoplasty was over. He was recommended by another surgeon I trusted, Dr. Deboni (of Syracuse), and I'm so glad I made the drive. When having a revision, you want the best. Dr. Williams is a specialist and has written a book on the subject. He has a great bedside manner and has done some amazing charitable work with his gift of reconstructing the face. I'm happy to support this experienced, highly rated surgeon who gives back.

Being a male, I was a bit apprehensive to undergo a cosmetic procedure. I have had baggy/puffy eyes that have bothered me for years. After reading several great reviews for Dr. Williams I decided to undergo lower and upper eyelid surgery. The results are nothing short of amazing and I am so happy with the results. I would encourage anyone ( male or female) who is considering eyelid surgery to visit Dr. Williams.

My experience at the Williams Center for Plastic Surgery was exceptional. Dr. Williams and each staff member was professional, caring and helpful. Although, I started with the idea of a 'weekend' facelift, I chose a little more extensive surgery and am very happy with the result. The tweaking was just right for my age - all very natural, just took some years off that I wasn't ready to see in the mirror. The drug store personnel needed to recheck my age when I stopped for a flu shot and pneumonia booster! I have already provided an interested friend with information on a procedure at The Williams Center.

I'm 54 years old and wanted to look great for my daughter's wedding. Scheduled procedure for August 1st. At the wedding on Sept 2, everyone kept telling me how great I looked! Very natural. Couldn't be happier with the results of my face lift! Dr. Williams and his staff provided great care. Happy every time I look in the mirror or do face time on my phone! Would do it again in a minute and highly recommend Dr. Williams and his staff!!

I had Cosmetic Rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Williams in September 2017. It is hard to believe it has only been one month since the procedure and I feel this great! He was extremely professional and considerate to all my concerns. He went above and beyond to take the time and explain what the plan would be. Every step was very detailed and all my questions were asked. Since having the procedure my self confidence has grown and I am finally happy with what I see in the mirror. I will be able to stand on the stage of my wedding next year without any hesitation or anxiety and I owe that to Dr. Williams!

Never thought i would have fun getting something done for myself. The staff and Dr. Williams are fun, and very caring. No matter what you do in life, if you love it, it shows. I felt comfortable right away. If you want to take care of a facial or body issue that has been bugging you, this is the place. There are only two reasons as i see it why someone wouldn't do something so nice for themselves: fear, or money. Sometimes it isn't about the money!!!!!!! and any fear goes away quickly. Then comes "your happy place"!!
