What plastic surgery or surgeries would most greatly improve my face/nose tip?

From your limited pictures, it does appear that you can refine your nose by smoothing down the bump and narrowing the tip to better fit your face. It may also be worthwhile to address your chin with an anatomic chin implant to bring your chin into appropriate profile with your nose especially on the frontal view. I would recommend consultation with a facial plastic surgeon in your area.

Based on these photos major change can be created with rhinoplasty, possibly chin augmentation with implant. You may also benefit from lip and cheek augmentation with fillers. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in nose surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Your profile reveals an overprojected and large nasal appearance, and your chin projection appears good. Rhinoplasty may be considered for hump removal, tip deprojection and rotation, and nasal shortening for a less distracting appearance. Lip augmentation may be considered as an additional procedure. photographs, you are a great candidate for a rhinoplasty.  An operative plan for your rhinoplasty could include nasal tip refinement to decrease the width of your tip and correct your tip asymmetry, a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn
up your tip slightly, and dorsal hump reduction.  In regards to your chin, you do not appear to need a chin implant based on the side view photograph.   Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system.  You should be able to
view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed
by your surgeon.

Based on these photos, you may have some very slight chin recession.  The chin recession appears worse due to excess projection of your nasal tip and bridge.  A well-executed rhinoplasty would reduce the projection of your nasal tip and bridge and slightly raise your tip.  This would bring your facial features into better balance and, harmony and enhance your feminine appearance.  It is very important to seek a plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty.

 A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish reduction of the bulbous tip, decreasing the projection of the nose, shaving down the dorsal hump, and narrowing the bridge line, in addition to making the nose more symmetrical. Consider placement of a small chin implant to augment the chin forward to help with facial  balance and proportions. Both procedures can be performed together when necessary. Recommend in person evaluations with boarded surgeons. I might start with full rhinoplasty and chin HA filers. But seek at least 3 in person opinions.
