Planning on getting a BBL. Should I gain weight up to 175 or 180 lbs to get enough for my butt and hips?

Hi I am getting a bbl and tummy tuck in DR. My question is even though I weigh 165 I still don't have a lot of fat, would it be better if I went up to 175 or 180 to make sure I get good enough for my butt and hips. And if you agree what would be the foods to eat to gain more? Thank you.
