Thank you for your question. I would prefer to see front and back pictures also, but based on this side picture your appear to be a good candidate for the procedure. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Skin tightness is a major factor to determine how much fat transfer your butt can recieve. Because this will affect the pressure of the fat inside and the vitality of the fat graft cells. So this means your improvement may be less. I advise to my patients like your skin type to loose weight first, and do the BBL. In this way, fat cells reduce in size but not in nunmber, so the butt will allow for more fat cells. After these cells take (provide their own circulation and live) then you may gain weight and so the fat cells will grow and gradually give a more natural and safe volume.

I’ve never once in my career had a patient whose skin was too tight to get a quality liposuction or fed transfer results. if anything having tight skin makes people ideal candidate for both Liposuction and fat transfer.
I do not recommend patients travel long distances for elective surgical procedures and I definitely do not recommend patients travel to developing countries for surgical procedures.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is much more difficult than most people including surgeons believe. results are permanent any reversible. When done poorly people are left permanently disfigured.
Properly vetting providers requires having multiple in person consultations while in advance of having surgery. it is always best to stay local for elective surgical procedures.
Patients often do not appreciate the importance of having in person consultations, how many concerns patients have after surgery and the importance of having a long-term in person follow up, the number of people who end up needing revisions or that complications actually happen.
Liposuction results vary dramatically based on who does the procedure and trying to decipher or find the most qualified provider by doing Internet searches is a futile experience.
Properly vetting plastic surgeons requires meeting them in person and reviewing their entire portfolio of before and after pictures at length. typically during consultations whether virtual or in person most providers will simply show patients preset collection of sample before and after pictures which typically represent the best results of that providers career. this gives the patience no information of what the average results look like in the hands of each provider. instead what patients should request is to see the entire collection of before and after pictures in which from an experienced provider should add an absolute minimum include 50 sets up before and after pictures. for fat transfer patients need to get absolute confirmation that after pictures were taken at least three months from the date of surgery. early postoperative fat transfer results can look very impressive but do not at all represent final results.
Highly experienced providers will have hundreds or even thousands of before and after pictures and this is what you should ask to see before committing to having surgery.
I also recommend reading all physician reviews on all major physician review websites avoiding providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than having an abundance of positive reviews.
Quality surgeons take their time, detail oriented and meticulous about their work and this includes how they present themselves during in person consultations.
Surgeons for willing to be thorough during consultations are also the ones that tend to be thorough during surgery.
In my opinion choosing a surgeon in a developing country based on an Internet search or correspondence for a body transforming procedure that is permanent and irreversible seems like an extremely risky endeavor.
It is certainly not anything I would ever consider nor would I ever recommend doing that for anyone I care about.
The number of providers who can truly deliver consistent quality results with these procedures is actually quite few.

Hi and welcome to our forum!Your single lateral view photo demonstrates lack of posterior buttock projection. However, I can't comment on buttock skin tightness as there is no view of your buttocks. I have never encountered the phenomenon of significant buttock skin tightness in a patient desiring BBL!Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
