How can I fill a large indentation on my butt caused from vaccines as a child? (Photo)

Since I was a child I’ve had a huge indentation on my right butt cheek. My mother tells me it was caused due to getting vaccine injections as a child from when I would get sick. I had a fat transfer in 2011 to fix it but it did not work, made the surrounding area more plump but not the actual dent. is there anything that can help me?

You could try to have a sub-incision procedure in the area in combination with Radiesse may help improve the skin's appearance, reduce adhesion, and restore volume to the skin. it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from fat transfer. For the fat transfer to work, the dentation must be released from the attachments. It may be done in the first operation and helped a bit, but unfortunately these conditiones usually can not be solved in one session. So I see that another attachment release and fat transfer will help for improvement.

Scarred tissue contractions cannot be corrected with volume enhancement. your outcome was highly predictable. The surrounding areas will expand while the indentation remains stubbornly pulled in.
Discard tissue that’s pulling or tethering on the skin needs to be released in conjunction with carefully added volume. this can sometimes be done with the procedure called Subsicion. this can be done with or without augmentation using grafted fat or fillers.
Improving the contour after trauma causing scar tissue contraction can be difficult and sometimes only limited improvements can be had.
Simply adding volume is a bit of a simplistic approach that shows lack of understanding of the ideology of the problem.
