You need 360 liposuction and fat transfer to the gluteal region. It can give curved appearance. And in same session, you can have scar revision.

It’s a little hard to give you any specific advice based on limited information.
If you’re happy with the work of your previous doctor than follow up with him or her.
Secondary procedures including revisions are technically more difficult than primary procedures.
