Six months ago I slipped down my icy front brick stairs and landed hard on my left butt cheek. I had a lot of pain from it for the next three weeks. It was the worst bruise my husband and I have ever seen and have photos of it as it got really bad before it started to get better. Now, the bruise has healed but it’s still tender. There is a huge dent/scar in my butt cheek, as if someone cut out four inches of tissue in just one spot. I'm wondering if a fat transfer would be an option?

Best to virtual consult with.... Lipo with fat grafting and internal release of the interior scarring would most likely be the operative options. In Florida any fat grafting to the buttock even if one side require ultrasound guided injections of the fat. This adds $$s to the fee. My guess is the fee would be $5,800+++.
